About EM collars

We also recommend regularly checking your dog for ticks after walks, especially in areas with a lot of grass, forests, bushes, and high tick activity.

About the Standard model

Standard is the most balanced variant in the EM series. It has more structure than the Light model but is less prominent than Decor.

This makes it a good choice for those who want an EM collar that fits into everyday life, while still having enough form and visibility to feel complete.

How to choose the right size

Measure your dog's neck where the EM collar will sit. Use a soft measuring tape and measure snugly against the neck, but without tightening.

For the best possible fit, the collar should sit relatively close to the dog's neck, without being tight or uncomfortable.

As a general rule, you should be able to fit approximately one to two fingers between the collar and the dog's neck, depending on the dog's coat, size, and comfort.

Important information about use

This collar does not have a D-ring and should not be attached to a leash.

The EM Collar Standard is designed as a supplement during tick season and should not be used as a substitute for a regular collar, walking collar, or harness.

For the best possible results, it is recommended that the collar be used regularly, preferably daily, during tick season.

The effect can vary from dog to dog and area to area. Therefore, use an EM collar as a supplement to other tick protection methods and regular tick checks.

Maintenance

Allow the collar to air dry if it gets wet.

Avoid leaving the collar damp for extended periods. Regularly check the braiding, beads, and fastening for wear, especially if the dog wears the collar daily.

If necessary, superficial dirt can be gently removed with a damp cloth.

Production and delivery

This product is made to order. Normal production time is 3–5 business days before the product is shipped from us.

Because the collar is handmade, small variations in braiding, colors, and appearance may occur. This is a natural part of its handmade character.
