About the Kongle braid
Kongle is inspired by the layers and structure found in nature's own forms. The braid builds up in clear sections that give the collar depth, rhythm, and a pronounced look.
In this variant, the braid has been further developed with an extra decorative thread that follows the collar through the middle. This provides a more detailed and elaborate touch, while the overall look remains calm and balanced.
How to choose the right size
Measure your dog's neck where the collar would normally sit. Use a soft tape measure and measure snugly against the neck, but without tightening.
As a general rule, you should be able to fit approximately two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck when it is on.
If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the size where the neck measurement falls as close as possible to the middle of the adjustment range.
If you are unsure about the size, you can write your dog's neck measurement in the comment field when ordering — and we will help you double-check before we make the collar.
Important information about use
This collar is made for normal everyday use, walks, and typical strain.
If you have a dog that pulls forcefully, jerks a lot, or can gain high speed before the strain occurs, we recommend using a harness as the main attachment and the collar as ID or personal equipment.
Always regularly check the collar, leash, and attachment points for wear.
Maintenance
Wipe the Pawtex base as needed, and allow the collar to air dry if it gets wet.
Avoid leaving the collar damp for extended periods. Regularly check the braid, adapter, buckle, and attachment points, especially if the dog uses the collar frequently.
Production and delivery
This product is made to order. Normal production time is 3–5 business days before the product is shipped from us.
Because the collar is handmade, small variations in braiding and appearance may occur. This is a natural part of the handcrafted nature.
