About the Ranke braid

The Ranke braid is characterized by a softer and more organic pattern, where the lines move smoothly through the braid.

The braid allows the colors to blend gently, giving the collar a natural flow in its surface. The result is a light and flexible paracord collar with good shape and a look that feels harmonious in use.

How to choose the right size

Measure your dog's neck where the collar typically sits. Use a soft tape measure and measure snugly against the neck, but without tightening.

As a general rule, you should be able to fit about two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck when it's on.

If your dog is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the size where the neck measurement is as close as possible to the middle of the adjustment range.

If you are unsure about the size, you can write your dog's neck measurement in the comment field when ordering — and we will help you double-check before we make the collar.

Important information about use

This collar is designed for normal everyday use, walks, and regular strain.

If you have a dog that pulls strongly, jerks a lot, or can pick up a lot of speed before the strain comes, we recommend using a harness as the main attachment and the collar for ID or personal gear.

Always check the collar, leash, and attachment points regularly for wear and tear.

Maintenance

Allow the collar to air dry if it gets wet.

Avoid leaving the collar damp for extended periods. Regularly check the braid, buckle, ring, and attachment points, especially if the dog wears the collar frequently.

If needed, superficial dirt can be gently removed with a damp cloth.

Production and delivery

This product is made to order. Normal production time is 3–5 business days before the product is shipped from us.

Because the collar is hand-braided, small variations in braid, colors, and appearance may occur. This is a natural part of the handmade character.
